Recording of the Minutes.

1. Minutes should record all main motions whether they are adopted or lost.
2. The name of the seconder should be included in the minutes.
3. If it is desired to approve the minutes without having them read, it is necessary to suspend the rules for this purpose.
4. When the minutes are approved, the "Approved," with the secretary's initials and date, should be written below them.
